Companion Cornerstone Plan
Choose the Companion Cornerstone Plan! The plan includes a Reducing Benefit Duration (RBD) for older workers. All employees receive coverage equal to 60% of their earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000. The plan provides a choice of elimination periods of either 90 or 180 days before benefit payments begin. All LTD standard features apply to this plan.

Companion All Industry Plan - Now Long Term Disability benefits are available to nearly every business through the Companion All Industry Plan! There is no limitation for companies with a mostly "blue collar" workforce. The maximum payment duration is for two years with a Reducing Benefit Duration for older workers.

Five Year/Reducing Benefit Duration (RBD) - For those business not limited to the All Industry Plan, a maximum payment duration of five years is available. A RBD is available for older workers.

Age 65/Reducing Benefit Duration (RBD) - This benefit design is available to all groups eligible for the Five Year/RDB option. With this plan, benefits may be extended to age 65. A RBD is included for older workers.
