DenteMax dentists have agreed to accept as payment in full a discounted fixed fee schedule for the services they perform and will never collect more than the DenteMax fee for the procedure performed -- no "balance billing."

EPIC Hearing Services Plan

Companion Life provides Epic Hearing Services Plan (HSP) at no additional cost to employees enrolled in any Companion Life dental insurance plan. The HSP may be extended to any family member. Ear Professionals International Corporation (EPIC) is the nation’s largest coalition of hearing health care physicians and audiologists. EPIC physicians pioneered and developed many of the current treatments and are recognized nationally as leaders in professional education, hearing diagnostics and interventions.

Vision Discount Plan

Companion Life provides an EyeMed discount plan at no additional cost to employees enrolled in any Companion Life dental insurance plan, even if the dental group does not purchase a funded vision insurance plan.

Disability Guidance

All Companion Life Long Term Disability insurance plans include Disability Guidance (at no additional charge). This is an employee assistance program that helps insureds cope with job pressure, financial or legal difficulties or stress at home.
